Cancellation Policy Transcript:
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, provided that the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in confirmation email).
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the price per night and cleaning fee, but not the service fee
In practice:
To receive a full refund of the price per night, guests must cancel no later than 48 hours after the booking confirmation and at least 14 days before the local check-in time of the ad (shown in the confirmation email).
To receive a refund of 50% of the price per night, the guest must cancel 7 days prior to the local check-in time of the ad (shown in the confirmation mail). Otherwise, there is no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels with less than 7 days notice, or decides to leave shortly after check-in, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

In our direct bookings, the change is that we do not refund after 48 hours, and the cancellation policy is the same as in airbnb, but the amount is refunded in voucher (see conditions of use of voucher).

If our services have accepted any change in the characteristics of a reservation (number of people, choice of house or dates), this situation cannot be repeated. Thus, this type of change can only be made once, under penalty of losing all rights - case referred to cancellation policy.

All these considerations also apply to the use of vouchers.

*In some promotional initiatives, these conditions may be occasionally changed, being usually communicated in writing, either through public disclosure or in private explanation through email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or any other written form.

Confirmed reservations do not allow changes to the same, less than 30 days from the check-in date.

Reservations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival do not allow changes or cancellation.

In case of cancellation/return and consequent transfer of a deposit already made, to an international bank entity (outside Portugal), a fee of €25 will be charged.

The return of the deposit can be made within 10 working days after the cancellation of the reservation.

If you choose the bank transfer method, and your stay is for the next 30 days, it will only be considered confirmed with the immediate sending of proof of the bank transfer to [email protected]. Otherwise, Fox Village | Family Nature Tourism may cancel the reservation.

Check in e Check Out

Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00 and you must inform Fox Village | Family Nature Tourism in advance of your expected arrival time. Check-out time is until 12h00.

The check-in system may be changed to a non-presential way when circumstances justify it. The decision about the form adopted in each case is up to our services, but may be agreed with the guests. However, our services guarantee to be always contactable through the service number, 234 024 377, or WhatsApp +351 91 012 12 49.

Other Services and Considerations

From the year 2020, the special circumstances arising from the Covid-19 epidemic that affected the entire world led national governments to take measures that had never been considered before. Many of these measures were completely unforeseeable and placed economic operators in various situations that could not be foreseen and required, in many cases, improvised solutions. Therefore, and in anticipation of similar situations in the present or future, we hereby determine that, unless there is clear legislation to the contrary, Fox Village will keep the features of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Cancellation Policy, unchanged.

We understand that after the circumstances experienced over the years, there is now a certain predictability of exceptional circumstances. This way, we will try to maintain our maxim that "With us, no guest loses a cent", without, however, being an obligation.

Fox Village | Family Nature Tourism may at any time change the value of the existing rates, except for reservations or pre-bookings already made.

Fox Village | Turismo na Natureza em Família may at any time cancel or suspend any package or promotion existing in its website.

Parking is public, exterior and free.

Small pets are allowed, being the respective owners responsible for all their activities, being possible, if disclosed, to charge additional fees for them.

Firewood for the fireplaces is only available in the accommodations during the winter period.
