The pool will operate between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm;
Occasionally, you may be asked to refrain from using the pool for regular cleaning and maintenance procedures, either of the pool or its surrounding area;
It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool as well as passing the feet in the proper container existing at the entrance of the same;
It is allowed the entrance of animals in the Pool area in a conditioned way; - allowed when only one house is in use, or when there is an agreement between guests of different houses. When the animal is clearly not bothering or scaring other guests (note the sensitivity of some children), their stay is allowed, but the conditioning already mentioned is maintained;
Access to the pool is always by the stairs available for this purpose; jumping into the water is not allowed;
Adults must accompany children during their stay in the pool;
Babies still not able to control their physiological needs must use a specific diaper for this purpose;
The use of glass containers is not allowed;
Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the Pool;
The use of sharp objects is forbidden in the Pool;
Put the garbage in the existing containers;
Prohibited sporting activities in the pool and its surrounding area, with special emphasis on those that use balls;
Prohibited the use of sound sources of intensity higher than the ambient music of the space system;
No objects should be left on the sun loungers, in the water or in the surrounding area, and those found by staff may be removed to storage. On the one hand, the management cannot be responsible for their safety, and on the other hand, the irrigation system can be turned on (outside the publicized periods of operation of the pool) and cause some damage or discomfort, since the systems at some times will be turned on autonomously. Even with manual activation, employees cannot be held responsible for objects found in the area;
As a general rule, common sense should prevail, knowing that the pool is for use by all guests of the Fox Village, it is common practice that the limits of the rights of each one, are precisely the beginning of the rights of our fellow man;
Situations not mentioned in this regulation will be punctually solved by the management;
